My mission is to provide solutions for future leaders to thrive in and out of the classroom.

Education is one of the most important investments in our lives and it is changing with every generation. Centralized education, like we know it, is not meeting society’s needs.

It is in our hands to keep up with the ever-changing demands, so that future generations thrive.

The good news is that we can start now!

I am Alexandra Zamora, former teacher, always entrepreneur, and Mom of 2.

About my projects:

In 2019 I became a part of the team to redesign the Counseling Department from K-12 from the Escuela Americana in El Salvador. We designed the new department using the “Design Thinking” strategy.

In 2020, when the pandemic started, I became an education advisor for my daughter’s preschool. As they were struggling to survive, with school closure all year, I am involved in their planning sessions, the acquisition of new programs, and developing strategies that have allowed them to survive.

How I got here today:

I can understand the struggles an entrepreneur and a teacher go through daily, the hardships they have to endure, and the successes they celebrate over. I was a teacher for three years, and on my second year of teaching I started my own business from what in that moment was my hobby: baking. I developed the sensibility to relate to both teachers and entrepreneurs.

My business drove me to pursue more beyond the classroom, so I left teaching to get my MBA. Entering the business world was the right fit for what my mind was looking for, but my heart was still set on education.

In 2014 I became a mother, which only ignited that curiosity for a better education for our future generations to thrive. After ten years, in 2017, I sold my first business. This became my opportunity to focus on my children and their education.
